Vegan Raspberry Muffins

Hello lovelies,
The Great British Bake Off is back (yay!) which means I want to BAKE!
If you've been following me on instagram (@debbieariella) you might have noticed that I've been trying more vegan and plantbased recipes and meal ideas during the last few months, so I thought I would try to make some vegan muffins in celebration of the Bake Off!

andddd they were so tasty so I must share them with you :D

Also if you can watch the Bake Off without stuffing your face with cake I applaud you.

Try this simple Raspberry Muffin Recipe on Wednesday so you have something delicious to eat while we all watch Mary Berry.

All you will need (6 muffins):
3 tbsp of sugar (brown/white/coconut)
2 tbsp of agave syrup (maple/honey if you don't mind)
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 cup of plain flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 frozen raspberries

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Mix together the sugar, agave & almond milk before sifting in the flour and baking powder.
Make sure not to stir the mixture too much once the flour is added.
Grease a muffin tin and add one table spoon of mixture to each container.
Add a few raspberries to each muffin before topping it with more muffin mixture.
Then place the muffins in the oven for roughly 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Once they are out of the oven, let them cool a little and sprinkle them with some powdered sugar for decoration (and extra sweetness haha).

Now all that is left is to enjoyyyy!
Also you can definitely have 2 or 3 of these as the fat content is very low which means the calories are also not too high. [Fat has 9 calories per gram and carbs only 4 ;)]

Love,
