Your Resolutions - A little Reminder

Hello lovelies,
 we are just about seven weeks into the new year and you know what I noticed this week in the gym… it’s empty again.
To me this is a sign that people have given up on their new year’s resolutions already! And I wanted to write this blog post to remind you NOT TO GIVE UP!

You might have fallen off the bandwagon, but guess what - we all do it all the time. You just need to take a step back, think about why you wanted to change your lifestyle in the first place and get back on it.
No matter if it’s weight loss, building muscle, getting fitter, academic or career success it all takes time and isn’t an exponential positive curve. 

There are always fall backs, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t improving in the big picture.

So before you give up completely, reassess your situation! Look at all the progress you have made since December – you are doing well. So get back on it – and don’t give up.
