I thought I would share a breakfast smoothie I like to make
in the morning, especially in the summer.
It’s a very berry smoothie made from raspberries &
blueberries!
It’s vegan, super refreshing and filled with complex carbs which will keep you
full for long. I find this is one of the most important aspects of a breakfast.
So let’s get right into it!
1 frozen banana (freeze without the peal)
2 Handful of raspberries
2 Handful of
blueberries
Half a glass of almond milk (any other milk of your choice)
Half a glass of cold water (maybe a little less)
3 tbsp of oats
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and voila you’ve got
yourself a delicious very berry breakfast smoothie!
