Hello lovelies,
It’s time for another workout and there are NO excuses for
this one! All you will need to complete this full-body workout is a CHAIR.
Chances are you will all be able to find a chair in your home. The whole
workout consists of 6 different exercises; 2 for your legs, 2 for your core &
2 upper body moves.
Let’s get right into it!
Jump into some workout clothes and grab a chair.
First up are STEP UPS
30 Reps
These are super simple you just step up onto the chair one
leg at the time. Repeat it 30 times, which means 15 for each leg.
Next are TRICEP DIPS
15 Reps
Rest your hands behind you on the chair with your fingers
pointing forward and lower your body down using your triceps. If you want to
increase the intensity make sure you are resting on the heels of your feet
only. This will engage your core more.
Next up are RAISED LEG CRUNCHES
15 Reps
Lie down on the floor in front of the chair with your legs
resting up on the chair, and then complete a normal crunch.
KNEE UPS
30 Reps
Knee ups are similar to the step ups, but this time you will
pull your knee up when you are up on the chair making the movement longer.
Again make sure to do 15 repetitions on each leg.
DECLINE PUSH UPS
10 Reps
Decline push ups are slightly harder than normal push ups,
but give it a try! Place your feet up on the chair then have you hand flat on
the ground slightly wider than your shoulders and lower your body down and push
up.
Last but not least, V-CRUNCHES
15 Reps
Sit on the chair sideways with your legs in towards your body.
Find your balance and slowly move both your legs and your upper body away from
the center of the chair. Repeat 15 times!
Now repeat the whole circuit 2 more times, 3 in total.
It can be that simple! Who said you need a gym membership or
fancy equipment to be active & fit. Sometimes all you need is a chair ;)
Enjoy the sweating & let me know what you think.
Have a wonderful day
This is so simple, I love it! I really want to start incorporating exercise into my daily routine again, so I'll be giving this a go!
