Good Morning Lovelies,

Happy New Year!

And welcome to my blog! I was not sure if I should really start a blog, but hey why not give it a try and if I’m really crappy at blogging or no one want to read what I am writing then at least I know I gave it a shot!

I thought I would just introduce myself a little before we get into any recipes or fitness/health posts.
My name is Debbie Ariella, I’m 20 years old and I started getting into fitness January 2013 – basically 2 years ago now!
I’m half Swedish, half British but I am born and raised in Zurich Switzerland, which is why I communicate in German and Swedish with some of you followers on Instagram ;)

I aspire to inspire anyone and everyone to lead a healthier more active life!
I don’t believe in a specific type of workout or diet! I don’t believe you need to eat vegan, high carb, low carb, vegetarian, gluten free or paleo to be healthy. You also don’t need to lift heavy, run 10km a day or take zumba classes to be active. Everyone is different and everyone has a different body. I think it’s important to find what works for your body and soul.
